The tool we wishedsomeone else had built.

One login that runs the ads desk, the posting calendar, the creative work, the lead list and the search read. Built by a small team that got tired of copying numbers between six tabs every Monday.

Bootstrapped, built in public, and read-only on your ad accounts. Where we cannot measure, you get a blank that says why.

What overads is

Five jobs, one login

The week of a small marketing team, in one place: run the ads, post the content, make the creative, follow the leads, watch the search results. Each tool below says plainly what it can and cannot see today.

Ads

Every ad account, read-only

Meta and Google sync every campaign, ad set and ad each night. The other three are labelled with exactly what arrives, and nothing more.

Ads, Publish, Creative Studio, CRM and Signals are one subscription, not five tools taped together.

Write once, preview per channel, schedule or post now. Two channels publish today; two more are built and wait on Meta.

CRM

From click to closed

Every enquiry lands in one list, and ad-sourced ones keep the ad they came from, so the follow-up starts from facts instead of memory.

The right column is the point: an ad-sourced enquiry keeps the ad that produced it.

On every plan

We only meter what costs us money

Seats and ad accounts are never the lever. The plan facts below come from the same table the billing system reads.

Unlimited by default

Seats, ad accounts and Publish connections are unlimited on every plan.

Three prices, all public

Starter $49, Growth $149, Scale $299 a month. No Contact Us column, no phone call.

Fresh every night

Numbers refresh nightly, and each pass re-checks the last seven days so late corrections land.

The full table lives on the pricing page.

The story

It started with a spreadsheet we hated.

Anyone who has run ads for a small company knows the Monday ritual: six tabs open, one spreadsheet, and the first hour of the week spent copying numbers before a single real decision gets made. The tools that promised to fix it were either too shallow to help or priced for a company ten times the size.

The worst part was the lag. A campaign could quietly waste money for days before anyone noticed. Not because anyone was careless, but because the information was scattered across too many screens for anyone to see it in time.

So we built the thing we kept wishing existed: every ad account in one place, one clear read of what the money brought back, and a short note each morning saying what changed. Friends who run ads tried it and would not give it back. That is the whole story. Everything since has been making that Monday morning feel this easy for everyone else.

Why we built it

We did not set out to replace anyone. We set out to delete the busywork.

Every founder we spoke to described the same evening: six tabs, one spreadsheet, and a report due tomorrow. None of them described the part they liked. So we started with the part they did not.

  • Rewriting the same caption four times, once per network
  • Exporting last week's numbers into a deck nobody reads twice
  • Checking five ad accounts for the budget that ran away
  • Chasing which post actually produced the lead
  • Waiting three days on a designer for one image
  • Rebuilding the Monday report from scratch, again

Everything above is something overads now does on its own. The rest of the job, the judgement, stays where it belongs.

The people

Small on purpose. Everyone ships.

No layers, no handoffs. The people in these photos write the code and answer the support inbox, which is the shortest possible distance between a complaint and a fix.

How we build

Rules we wrote down so we cannot drift

None of this is aspirational. These are the habits we have to re-commit to every other week, written where customers can hold us to them.

Honest numbers

A blank, never a guess

Every number on screen can show where it came from. When something cannot be measured, we print a blank and say why, instead of a zero you might plan around.

What an honest gap looks like
A rival's ad spendNot published for commercial adsBlank
LinkedIn ad resultsWaiting on ads API approvalBlank
Likes an account hidNo rate, not a rate of zeroBlank

Every blank names its reason, so you can repeat it in a meeting without checking first.

The habit

Missing is missing

A blank with a reason beats a guess with a decimal point. That rule shapes more of this product than any feature does.

Read-only

We look, we never touch

Connecting an ad account gives overads permission to read your numbers. Pausing, editing and spending stay in your hands.

What connecting grants
See every campaign and its resultsAllowed
Read spend, nightlyAllowed

Walled off

Your workspace is yours

Every workspace's data is kept separate from every other one, and your platform logins are stored encrypted, used only to fetch your own accounts.

Separate workspaces

Your numbers never mix with another customer's, and every query is scoped to your workspace.

Encrypted logins

Platform logins are encrypted at rest and used only to fetch your own accounts' data.

Leave with your data

Cancel from settings, export as CSV, and delete what you want gone.

The full rundown lives on our security page.

Deliberately not built

Saying no, on purpose

The fastest way to describe a product is sometimes the things it is not. If any of these are dealbreakers, we are probably the wrong fit, and that is fine.

An enterprise platform with a 60-page contract
Support that means asking strangers in a Discord
An AI that touches your campaigns without asking first
A pricing page with three columns and one of them is Contact Us
The chapters

A short history, told honestly.

  1. Early 2026

A weekend project, out of spite

It began as a small tool to kill the spreadsheet that opened every Monday morning. Friends who run ads asked for logins before it had a name. That was the first hint it was a product, not a script.

  2. Spring 2026

    The first platforms plug in

Meta and Google connected properly: sign in once, and every campaign, ad set and ad shows up by morning. Then came the daily brief, a short note each morning on what changed, written from your numbers and not from generic advice.

  3. Summer 2026

It stopped being just a dashboard

Creative Studio learned to make ad images and copy from a website link. Publish took over the posting calendar, the CRM caught the enquiries, and Signals started reading how search engines and AI answers describe you.

  4. Today

    Small on purpose

Bootstrapped, building in public, hiring slowly. Snapchat connects with spend totals only, and LinkedIn and X still wait on their ads API approvals; the labels in the app say so, word for word.

Careers

We hire slowly, on purpose

A small team with no layers: everyone ships, everyone answers support, and nobody manages a deck. When we open a role we want the right person, not the next person.

Open roles live on the careers page. If none of them fits, write to hello@overads.io anyway and tell us what you would build here.

About overads

The straight answers

Anything else? Email hello@overads.io and a human will reply within a business day.

What exactly is overads?
One subscription that does five jobs: every ad account in one view, a posting calendar, ad images and copy, a lead list, and a read on how search engines and AI answers mention you. Starter is $49 a month, Growth $149, Scale $299, and every plan has unlimited seats and ad accounts.
Is it really read-only on my ad accounts?
Yes. Connecting a platform gives overads permission to read your numbers and nothing else. It cannot pause, edit or spend. When a suggestion in the morning brief looks right, you act on it in the platform yourself, on purpose.
Which numbers will you refuse to show me?
Any number nobody can actually see. LinkedIn and X send nothing until their ads APIs approve us, Snapchat sends account spend totals only, and a rival's spend is simply not published for commercial ads. In each case the screen shows a blank with the reason, never an estimate.
What does the AI do, and what does it never do?
It reads your own accounts overnight and writes a short brief on what changed, with suggested next moves. It never acts on your campaigns. Signals checks Gemini and Perplexity on every plan; ChatGPT, Copilot and Google AI Overviews are an add-on, because each of those checks costs us money.
Who is behind this? Are you funded?
A small bootstrapped team: the people on this page write the code and answer the support inbox. No outside investors, so nobody is pushing us to hide the cancel button or pad a number.
Can I leave easily?
Anytime, from settings, with no phone call. Syncing stops right away, you can take your data with you as a CSV, and your past numbers stay until you choose to delete them.
How do I reach a human?
Email hello@overads.io or use the support chat inside the app. Either way a human replies within a business day.
