Inside Publish

One composer. Every channel. Zero tab juggling.

Write the core message once. Publish handles the per-platform length limits, aspect ratios, and link unfurling, shows you every preview before you queue it, and keeps each winner tied to the campaign it fed. Posting is live on LinkedIn and X; the Facebook and Instagram destinations are greyed out in the composer until Meta App Review approves them, so you never write a post you cannot send.

Boost

Tie a winner to the campaign it fed

When a post outperforms and you boost it, link it to that campaign and read the paid side beside the organic one: spend, conversions, and the CRM cash it produced. The campaign itself is still created in the ad platform.

The fan-out

One post fans out to every connected channel

Every connection runs through the platform's official API with OAuth, so your accounts stay in good standing and posts land exactly when scheduled. LinkedIn and X deliver today. Facebook and Instagram are wired to the same pipe and switch on the day Meta App Review approves them.

Which platforms does Publish cover?
Four destinations: LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn and X publish today. Facebook and Instagram are built but do not publish for customers yet, because Meta declined pages_manage_posts and instagram_content_publish at App Review; the composer greys those destinations out rather than letting you write a post it cannot send. Google and Snapchat are ad platforms only, so Publish has never posted to them.
How does scheduling work?
Pick a date and time. We queue the post and fire it through the platform API at the scheduled moment, with retries if the API is temporarily down. Queued, live, and failed states all show in the calendar view.
How does boosting work?
Publish records the boost, it does not place it. When you boost a winning post in the ad platform, link it to that campaign in overads and the paid results land beside the organic ones: spend, conversions, and the CRM cash attributed to that campaign, on the same row as the post that started it. overads does not create the campaign, set a budget or pick an audience, because it holds no write access to your ad accounts today.
How does time zone handling work?
Every workspace has a default time zone, and each post can override it. The composer shows both the scheduled local time and your team's time, so nothing posts at 3am by accident.
Can my team collaborate on drafts?
Yes. Drafts are workspace-scoped with comment threads on every draft. On Scale, approval workflows mean a draft cannot publish until a named approver signs off.
Do you scrape or use unofficial APIs?
No. Every connection is OAuth through the official platform API. No scraping, no ToS-violating automation, no risk of your accounts getting banned.
What does Publish cost?
Publish is part of the overads superapp and included on every plan: Starter $49/mo, Growth $149/mo, Scale $299/mo. There is no cap on connected accounts or scheduled posts on any tier; approval workflows are the one Publish feature that is Scale-only.
How are my tokens stored?
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS, scoped to your workspace, and never logged. Disconnecting a platform revokes the grant immediately.
